Fix what? You linked to a picture in your mail inbox. You are the only person in the world that can see it. Unless you care to provide us all with your email login, that is.

Try reposting it at photobucket or someplace that will allow the rest of us to see it.

How did that even happen? And i would think you may need new paint.

I'm not a body man, but I wouldn't think you could fix this unobtrusively without spraying at least the bumper.

Water must have gotten under the paint. It happens. The bumper needs a good prep job and repaint. Sorry for the bad news.

Almost looks to me like it was wrecked and the front bumper cover was replaced and they didn't prep it right and the paint didn't adhere well. It needs sanded down and prepped, primed, sealed, and repainted.

Either it was hit and it cracked the paint or it wasn't prepped properly. I'm thinking it wasn't prepped correctly and it got hit by a stone that broke the surface and now moisture got under the paint. You'll have to paint the whole cover. Will cost a couple hundred dollars. At least you can butt match black without worrying about match.

edit(worked in a body shop and did jobs like this routinely)

The guy I bought this car from said he put the car into the ditch one time when he was driving in the snow...so I guess that's what started the whole thing..
