1x Cobalt
2x Arms (Although you could possibly do it with one if your an amputee)
1x Gravity
1x Spray Paint
1x Masking Tape
1x News Paper
1x A non rainy/snowy/windy environment
1x A thread asking how to do something 1,000,000,000,000 other Cobalts have already done and made threads about doing.

Why can't anyone on here actually help someone out when they ask a serious question? Ya he could have searched but you all don't need to flame him for it.

You'll need:
Plasti-dip
1" painters tape
Newspaper
Razor blade (optional but recommended)
And some patience and a nice day
