Here in Canada being a ricer is owning and modifying whats called a "bro dozer"
HOWEVER, they made them illegal in our city because it was becoming an issue...

The problem with rice is that it seems to change about every week. I'd like an up-to-date list of whats currently accepted as rice on a Cobalt please. 
I'm reallly starting to think ccfl halos are ricey and whaddya know, I have them too.

Ill b honest. Ive seen a few riced out cobalts at local car shows. Guys that honestly have no.idea what they are doing. Saw a yellow ss with evo roof blade things and fender scoops and awful black stickering and those headlights.... Uggh
Definately the aftermarket headlights make most cobalts look ricey. that and improperly done taillight tinting.

people have their different opinions of "rice" let them be, it's their money let em do it and give you a laugh. As far as only cobalts being rice that is pathetic. you claim you have 0 rice in your car club, just you being in one counts. End thread and jump off the earth. Thanks

Don't see many riced out cobalts here...then again I don't see many cobalts either lol. I've seen a couple base models that were completely stock, seen maybe 3 other SS's and none of them were stock but none were riced either(I know I see this wicked black one totting around the Laurel area every once in a while)

See yeah... Thing is, I think those headlights you buy that have the multiple halos and the LEDs all over the place (like gen2 and gen3 and all that) are pretty ricey but the halos that are around a good pair of properly done retros looks nice.
One thing I think is interesting is that some stuff looks ricey as hell in pictures and then when you see it in person you're like, "Dang that looks good."
Like for me, carbon fiber hoods and trunks are ricey unless your car's body panels are ALL made of carbon fiber. But then in person, its not that bad. SMH...

Honestly i think the cobalt ss are one of the least riced cars on the street, anyone that joins css with a riced out car is quickly flamed until that leave and only a few stick around, but we do have a few ricers but nothing like honda crowd.
I also agree with a statement made a page back that anyone that mods a car/truck/bike til the point its almost impossible to drive is a waste of money.

Its the Cavaliers/Neons and most Japanese cars that are the worst offenders, everything spray painted orange/green/purple, wings, stickers EVERYWHERE ugly ass cheap rims, a million Voltage gauges you name it.
Thats not to say theres no rice in our scene, because there is, but its at a low amount lol.
