So from what I can tell it would fit. It lists #1 (the bumper) as "base ls and lt" so to me it looks like it'll fit, and by it I mean #15. What does you think? Remember I mean the 2.4 like mesh looking thing, not the 2.0 lip.
Oh and is #16 the thing that covers the spare tire well?

Somehow I doubt the 2.4 mesh grille thing will fit a 2.2 bumper without modifying it. The grille follows the molded contours of the SS bumper, which the 2.2 bumper doesn't have.

 

I see you changed your question. Answer is no the 2.4 mesh won't fit a 2.2

Btw that not a base bumper. 2.2 don't have those two tabs sticking down in the middle. The 2.4 and 2.0 have the same bumper. And that's the one

 

The 2.2 has those tabs they connect to the actual bumper, not the lip.
