thats really weird... im sure we have memberson the forum that use their wipers and have a decal aswell... hmm hopefully they can reply to this and give you some answers...

try a smaller wiper. one that wont go over and hack you decal up

The wipers won't hurt the decal if it's quality. We put one on my g/f's car about 3 years ago and it's still fine even wit the wipers going over it

I have a decal on my windsheild and my wipers are going into it and it's still in perfect shape..and i have a special decal that uses 4 coats of vinyl.
here it is.

yeah.. u need better vinyl, cause I never had any problems with my other cars. except one and it never messed up the decal, just made it fade a pit where the wiper hit.
