I put the wing back on months ago because it was temporary and the shop down the road wated almost $700 to paint it. I told them to **** off because I can buy a c/f trunk for less than that.

why not try to buy a g5 trunk without the wing for a $100 from the junkyard.

i think if u put the vynle on the out side then put some on the inside it would be water proof.

i think ima put vinyl on the outside, an quicksteel/jbweld on the inside.. an i havent found any trunks for cheap that arent jacked up

look at car-parts.com its a list from all junkyards in ur area.

i must of got lucky. i found one in good condition for 125 and my boy got it for 100.

I called a local scrap yard and they have a black ls that is wingless but I never went down because they wanted $250 for it and who knows what condition it is in.

id love to do a carbon wrap of the trunk but the dull wrap doesnt do anything for me. it looks cheap in my opinion if they made one with a glossy finish i would be down
