2009 TrackDaze Schedule Released

TrackDaze has released their 2009 schedule as well as opened registration for the first event of the year.
March 2-3 Virginia International Raceway Full Course: 3.27 Miles
May 16-17 Summit Point Raceway Shenandoah Circuit: 2.2 Miles
May 30-31 Autobahn Country Club South Course: 2.2 Miles
June 20-21 New Jersey Motorsports Park Thunderbolt: 2.25 Miles
July 13-14 Summit Point Raceway Main Circuit: 2.0 Miles
Aug 27-28 Virginia International Raceway Full Course: 3.27 Miles
Sept 5-6 New Jersey Motorsports Park Lightning: 1.9 Miles
Sept 12-13 Autobahn Country Club Full course: 3.57 Miles
Oct 3-4 Summit Point Raceway Shenandoah Circuit: 2.2 Miles

That might decrease if they get some sponsorships, but from what i've seen most clubs have been charging around $260 per/day. I think NASA charged $495 last year! If a club is charging less its probably a lot less track time and the groups are packed full.
For the $480 you get an instructor, event t-shirt, and 4 30 minute sessions each day. Total of 4 hours of track time. There are only 4 run groups, and about 25-30 cars in each run group. So you'll have plenty of clear track to enjoy!
...and the t-shirts aren't just something thrown together, here's a sample of one from a past event:

The September Autobahn event has been changed to a FULL COURSE WEEKEND date. This is the ONLY TIME you can get on the FULL COURSE during the weekend, unless you are a member.

is there any chance that they provid helmats there for thoes who dont have them bc im lookng at them and there pretty expensive lol i know you have to pay to play but i dont have that kinda money lol
and this is the 1st time i would be doing this does that mean i need an instructor for every time im on the track or just the 1st few times. i dont mind haveing an instructor but id like to have some time on my own aswell

As for the instructor, you will most likely have one the entire time as a Novice. Most instructors are good about sitting back and letting you enjoy your time on the track with only minor adjustments here and there.
