Good to know about Nelson's!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been dying to get out there. I've been hearing absolutely rave reviews about them lately.
HPTautosport is pleased to announce:
We will be renting Nelson Ledges Road Course: Date is: Thursday May 12th.
We need at least 10 Drivers to be signed up NLT March 31 st. But the more the merrier!!
The track will be open all day from 8-4:30PM for your driving pleasure. This is a rare opportunity. This event is not open to the public. It will only be us on track.
Requirements:
1.) You must bring your own helmet
2.) You must technically inspect your own vehicle. No major fluid leaks, tires and braking systems must be track worthy.
3.) Long sleeve cotton shirt and long pants must be worn will driving on track. Driving suits are welcomed but not required.
Cost: $110 for the day (Lunch Included: Sausage Sandwiches/Fries/Pop,etc.)
Entry fee must be paid before March 31st. Late fee of $15.00 after.

Nelson's has FunDays during the week very often, I posted the date because it was incredibly cheap for a weekend track day. Place is much more expensive to rent on a weekend. Something like 5 or 6K.

Not getting into details, but the TT at BR is no longer under our club's control, the EMRA is now holding a race/TT the weekend on May 21-22. Information at the link below...

Just glad to see we are still having a TT, although under somewhat differing circumstances.
