They should hav alot of saftey requirements before they even let you race, i would stick around 30 psi.

tire pressure depends on what tires you have.. some like more, some like less. It also depends how you like the feel of your car. generally i have the rear pressures 3-4 psi higher than the fronts so the car wants to oversteer more (your XXX bar will be helpful with this, so you may want to run a little less than me in the rears as I just have the Hardcore), but much of this is just experimentation and finding out what works best for you. As a general rule of thumb for my all seasons, I normally throw 33 psi Front and 35 psi Rear when the tires are cold then I see where its at after they are heated up and adjust from there. my summer tires like about 5psi more than the all seasons, so you can see it depends on the tire. Checking how much your front tire sidewalls roll over is fairly crucial.. if you see wear marks farther down the sidewall than you think should be bump up your pressure (rears dont experience this as much)
Biggest tip is go have fun! talk with other guys and I'm sure they will have helpful tips for you if you tell them your a first timer! its quite addicting so be prepared to do it more often!

Figure out how much pressure you need to keep the tires off their side wall. Once you find that, then you can play around with tire pressures to find what works best for you. I would suggest starting at 40 psi all around. Just remember to watch the air pressure because it will go up the more you run. On my summer tires, I run 40 up front and 45-47the in the rear. Works great for me.

I didn't do to great yesterday. I learned on my last run that slower is faster. Ill do way better next autocross now that I know that. And I ran 39 front and 37 rear and it was sticking pretty well.
