Nowhere to autocross!

The Detroit Region SCCA is finding it very difficult to find places to hold autocrosses. We are only going to have 6 events at the moment, and about 4 or 5 are between two separate locations.

The locations are either too expensive or afraid of liability (which they should not be since the SCCA assumes all liability).

Any other regions finding it difficult to find places to run?

It appears that Joliet is very willing to host ours...

Red_wing: Do you have any pictures or info. about the DS GM Performance Cobalts? What tire, wheels, shocks are they running? Etc. I couldn't find anything anywhere except there results from Nationals.

Nope, no clue what they are running. Wish I did.

I will definitely try to find out this season cause we did have a couple at a few autocrosses last season since it is Detroit Region

Looks like I might just have to go to Peru, hopefully they will be running there. Or some to the regionals here in Chicago or Milwaukee.

I got some nice cone rash on one of my wheels yesterday, looks like the perfect excuse to get some smoothies for them when the street tires run out!
