Well i did my first 2 events!!!
and im hooked. Ive been drag racing(at the trak) for 4 years and finally took the plung with the cobalt yesterday. I was in the novis class cuz it was my first time and took 2nd
in both, only guy beat me was a damn vet lol and their was 5 or 6 guys in it, 2 rx8s , vet ,mine,accord and i wanna say something else, but who cares i got 2nd and a cool glass.
i have it on vid from the inside which ill get up tomorrow. never really pushed a car that hard untill yesterday lol. now i need better tires and get my tune and intake and ill be happier still stock for now with the exception of the dp.
i pritty much stayed in 2nd gear the whole 2 laps but on 2 corrners the rpms were way low but first time im still learning.
and yeah my fastest was a 1:24.087 for 2 laps

2-1:28
3-1:26 wit a one cone 2sec penalty
4-1:24
5-1:25
6-1:24
