Whiteline Camber/Toe Correction Plates STX legal?

Are these STX legal?

Whiteline KCA383 Camber/toe correction - shim type

I am guessing not based on:

14.8 SUSPENSION
A. Ride height may only be altered by suspension adjustments, the
use of spacing blocks, leaf spring shackles, torsion bar levers, or
change or modification of springs or coil spring perches. This does
not allow the use of spacers that alter suspension geometry, such as
those between the hub carrier and lower suspension arm.
Springs
must be of the same type as the original (e.g., coil, leaf, torsion bar,
etc.) and except as noted herein, must use the original spring attachment
points. This permits multiple springs, as long as they use the
original mount locations. Coil spring perches originally attached to
struts or shock absorber bodies may be changed or altered and their
position may be adjustable. Spacers are allowed above or below
the spring. Coil springs may incorporate spring rubbers. Suspension
bump stops may be altered or removed.
I figured I would ask though to see if anyone else had further clarification?

They're allowed, it's the only way to alter rear camber on our torsion beam rear suspension.

edit: There are max camber settings tho in STX

What is factory camber/toe?
Their wording is weird to...
"Provides +0.5* of camber reduction..."
So does that mean it adds or subtracts 0.5? I can read it either way lol

you cant put those on a Cobalt disc brake rear the disc will run out compared to the caliper and cause angled pad wear and binding of the sliding caliper...
\
If you have drum rear, or a converted drum to disc car with our conversion, you can do this. The example shown in whiteline's how to shows a car with a bolt on caliper bracket, not a Cobalt SS welded in part.
The cobalt does not need rear camber its a FWD car. It needs front camber. I am about to cancel a stock strut camber plate, it will cost too much and compared to eccentric knuckle bolts or factory slotting as recommended by GM for camber, its a non issue - 350 dollars compared to 20 dollars.

cheers

I was wondering about whether true front camber plates were worth it. Also thanks for the advice regarding the brakes. Had not thought of that.
