BuyHIDs.com's New Year Updates!

This New Year brings new stuff! We have revamped our staff by adding and parting ways with a few people. We will be focusing even more on customer service. We have also discontinued our original, very popular retrofits for the Bi-Xenon Morimoto Mini Projectors and new Bi-Xenon harness. Prices will be updated on our website over this upcomming weekend. We also now sell brand new stock OEM Headlight harness's. We are the only place to get OEM harness's without ordering new headlights. We have also lowered our HID Prices, Relay Harness's are now 50% off when you purchase a HID kit. Again updates to our website will happen over this up comming weekend.

Below are some sample pictures of our new retrofits. They can be ordered with OR without halos

These pictured are forsale. They are $349.99 Shipped. Includes Complete Retrofit Headlights, H1 6,000k HID Kit, 9007 Bi-Xenon Harness. Only problem with these is that the Spring that raises and lowers the shield inside the projector does not move so the passanger side stays on low beams when flicked to highs. Reason is because i stretched the spring a hair to much to now its to stiff. Litterly if you turn your highs on and blow on it the magnet catchs and it works. Just needs to be disambled and pushed together to not make it so stuff. Simple to do but we would rather sell them as-is and give someone a great deal. We will cover them with our 1 year warranty and LIFETIME warranty on the HID Kit. Just PM us if interested.

and YES 93 days at the dealer and i finally got my car back haha.

I was wondering if u were aware of the sticky mini h1 high beam. Are you guys doing the fix to all of them before you ship them out? Also good to hear your lowering prices, you guys just keep getting better!

Hi Guys!

2011 looks to be a great year for Mike and for Buyhids.

My involvement is one of the things that has changed this year.

As some of you know I've been dealing with a bunch of medical issues for almost a year now. I recently had a pretty major surgery and I'm in the process of a long recovery. Also because of a complication with that surgery, I MAY have to have a 2nd surgery!

So, with all that going on, I don't have the time or the ability to help out like I had in the past. So rather than be dead weight for Mike, I have decided to step away from Buyhids. Mike has always done the majority of the work anyway, so it won't be a huge change for him, LOL.

I know Mike has some big plans for this year and some really good intentions. It's my hope that everything goes as planned and that you all here at CSS continue to support a community supporter, paying vendor, and business who continues to grow and change as needed.

For those that I've helped in the past, THANK YOU for your business with Buyhids, and thanks for letting me be of assistance!

So what brand are you using for the HID projector retros now? Do you have/use E55s or FX-Rs (which is what id like)?

They were using the generic g3 projector but now they are switching to the much higher quality mini h1's wich have a much better output also. The output of the mini h1 has just marginally less width in output than the fx-r, which considering that it takes no modifications to install it is a compromise worth making.

Exactly, the Mini H1s are well worth a price increase over the G3 projectors they used to use. The G3s aren't even in the same leauge as the Minis.
