HID Fog Lights(installing)
HID Fog Lights(installing)
Ok, I just received my head lights and fog lights. I got projectors headlights with HIDs for the normal head lights and for my brights. My question is the box had 3 harness inside, does anyone know if I suppose to use 1 harness for each set of HIDs? I can't figure out if the fogs need a harness, I have my fogs connected to a ballast(2fogs=2ballast) right? I connected the harness to the driver side ballast and I ran the long wire to the passenger side, but since the HID is connected that that ballast, there isn't a connection for the harness wire. So do I need the harness? Thanks!

Everything is plugged up correctly(correct me if I'm wrong) but that blue to the far right is from the harness and that's plugged into the ballast. The stock wire is the one with all the tape, at the top, taht's connected. and the two small wires from the ballast are connected to the two small wires from the HID. now that leaves the one yellow connector(too the far left without being connected to anything. Anyone know?

^^this would be considered a HID single xenon install correct? I looked at the how-to from buyHIDS.com and it doesnt show a harness. Can anyone help me out please?

the ballast has the plug from the harness from the driver side already there.

If your using a relay harness.. You do not use those plugs on the passanger side. Its controlled by the driver sides harness.. Relay provides power to the ballast so you do not need to have your harness plugged in as you are not getting power from it.. Its plugged in on the drivers side for the switch aspect of it.
