I found another dealer today that said they have a Black on Red coming in 3 weeks. The sales guy showed me his computer and it said that the car was already built. He said it could be here sooner than 3 weeks as well.
I'm going to slap down a deposit on this car as well and pickup up whichever one comes first. The deposit was only $500 and it's refundable so if I change my mind I've got nothing to lose.
If the other one does get built on June 13 it would probably take a few weeks to get here anyway.

I'm wondering if I should try selling my car ('95 Talon) now in anticipation of my delivery date or if I should wait in case I get screwed like some other people. I don't want to end up driving a bloody rental car for 2 months.

well im not sure i got the car with 8kms on it, at i noticced under 500km the tires where damage(front ones) so the gm rep for that dealer told me it was ethier done at the dyno at the plant or on truck when it was shipped, two chucks of thread were ripped on both tires same side too so who know they replaced thats all i care about

Thats really wierd dude. cause i just bought the black with red SS from Ray Cullens in london. so im assuming i got the car you wanted, being as it was the only one around here..sorry bout that..but hey you got one coming and you WON'T be dissappointed. Did you get yours from Macmaster? These cars are so amazing your gonna love it!!!
