Has anyone in Canada ordered an SS supercharged coupe yet, or at least gotten some decent info on them?
No dealers I have talked to know any more than what is public knowledge.
I have better info than the stupid dealers. :x

I worked for a dealer untill the end of august when I returned to school. Before I left I ordered some Cobalts (including SS Supercharged) for inventory. I posted what the ordering information at the dealership looked like in this thread....

other then that, there wasn't anything that I could learn from the dealership about the new cars. It's not the dealerships' faults, because GM doesn't give them any info, other then what is released to the public. Sites like this are the best places for learning when anything new is revealed. Dealers for the most part never know what they're talking about. I have talked to a few in the TO and windsor area and they all say different things. But one things for sure, I have test drives booked at all the dealers for the moment they get a SS S/C.

Has anyone ordered one yet??? if so what color???

 

I ordered a black SS/SC on October 15.

Sometime after October 16th

Noone knows, they can't even tell me if GM accepted the order yet.

 

i work at a dealership in ohio hopefully i will order my blue SS tomarrow the should be starting production on the SS in about 4 to 5 weeks i got some friends who will be makeing them lol so they fill me in

 

that would be good to know cause the dealer i went to doesnt have a clue!

i filled him in what i got from this site heh heh

they told me that the coupes are coming to calgary CMP at the end of this month

no word on the SS supercharged. His ballpark: april-whenever lol

Yeah, I definetly know what you mean. With a million and one people have a million and one different build dates floating around the net, I was waiting for final word from my dealership too. So glad I got it.

 

i went to my dealer today, and he just got an updated car release sheet, and the ss s/c is under the 1st quarter of the year. which is up to the end of March. so hopefully he is right. he says it should be anywhere from now to the end of march.
