Off Topic, Olds Achieva SCX W-41

Does anyone know if the SCX ever made it into Canada. Those things are FAST! 190HP
I would kill for one if I could find one. They were the strongest Quad 4 in GM's arsenal.
They were legalized for racing in the states.

For anyone who doesn't know what an Achieva SCX is. Here is a link.

I don't think they were, I know he had to get his cams from the states and I think he mentioned they weren't available here.
