Pursuit GTs at dealers

Drove by a Pontiac dealer tonight and saw tow 4dr Pursuit GTs.

Pretty much the same as the Cobalt SS 2.4L. But they have white faced guages and different (attractive) 17" rims.

I would be in favour of more differentation from the Cobalt but they stilllooked pretty good. One was granite blue I think and the other was the orange.

Here you go.

All had sunroofs. The blue and black were automatics (poor cars) but the orange one was a 5 speed.

I was thinking these rims unique to the Pursuit----might look good on the 2.4L Cobalt SS
That would further seperate it from the S/C SS. SInce the rims are 17" copies of the 18's.

Looks basically identical to the 2.4L SS except the rims have a Pontiac symbol on them .

Those rims look wicked. Anyone know when the 2-door GT is coming out it's supposed to have a nice clean rear-end according to people that saw it at a media event.

Now whats the point of this, Why do they need to make the EXACT same car into a pontiac. Seems stupid and pointless to me. I vote a big thumbs down to this. They even have a coupe.

and still no info on the SS coupe and sedan for Chevy
Under the torque and hp of the GT 2.4L it says estimated Someone does a great job on that site

AS for lookin like the Cobalt....thats not a bad thing!

Go back to the Cavalier/Sunbird of the mid 80's to early 90's---they were very similar to eachother as well.

Like what they have done with the Pursuit coupes tail lights.

I noticed the lack of site updating too, but www.chevrolet.com has been completely updated at least. That Pursuit Coupe does have a clean back-end. I can't wait to see some better pics.

I never noticed the different lights on the rear of the coupe. Im glad its not exactly like the chevy. I think the chevy lights are unique while the pursuit ones look like everything else.
