Manitoba SS 2013
Well over the last few days my car has been running like ****. Turns out my ZZP resonator with only 10k on it has fallen apart and it plugged my exhaust solid. I took it apart last night and gutted it for the mean time. I sent pics to ZZP and being the stand up company that they are will replace it for me. My current 2.5" catback has seen better days with all the muffler and resonator swaps I've done on it. So **** it I'm going to pull the trigger on a new 3" stainless set up from ZZP. Figure the cams and ported head will enjoy it haha. But ZZP's 3" resonators are on backorder for a month so I gotta wait it out a little.
Also I'm about 90% sure I'm headed to America to get tuned this weekend! Car has about 500k on it now and will have over 1000 when I get to Bismarck. Ordered a 5 gallon drum of 116 race gas to go down there with. This thing rips as it is. Can't wait till it's tuned!

Well me personally i just drove 11 hours to Iowa. I did my official weigh in and was .3 lb over so went an ran 2 miles in heat of 45 with the humidex and then made weight at 214.2 which is .8 below my max allowed. So looks like i am ready to fight. My first fight should be tomorrow afternoon.

Well while tuning in Bismarck my motor took a ****... It runs but you have to hold the gas to keep it running and you can hear something rubbing metal on metal. I've taken off everything I can that bolts to the motor but it's still tight. Guess the motor I bought wasn't built right. Tight tolerance in something. Sooo I'm currently trying to find out how the **** to get me and my car back to Canada...
If I didn't have bad luck I would have no luck at all...
Well I haven't wound my car out to 8k till I got here. The motor was probably hurt before it though.
Sooooo ive already done inquiring and I'm buying the motor off that guy Steve that is parting part out a SC. Motor has 95k on it, 210 compression across the board and was a stock Balt with no mods. Going to put on my head, cams and NBS in it, throw it in the car and let it ride.

I inquired with hertz rentals because they have the option to rent a vehicle and leave it in Canada. They want $700!!! **** it's impossible to get out of this place even without my car and not go ****** broke

By the looks my mom is going to come rescue me with the truck. I have a guy here that's going to lend me a trailer to tow my car home and ill bring it back when I come back down to get tuned again. Buuuut my mom is patiently awaiting for her passport to arrive because it expired but she should see it in the next day or two. **** have I had a hella streak of bad luck.
