Quarry Days is this weekend in Stonewall. Theres a show and shine on Sunday from 10-4 if you wanna put your ride in. Mine will be. Or if you just wanna come party and hit up the beer gardens Saturday night I got lots of room at my place to crash haha.

No this car does not go to gimili as much as I would like it to. My buddy blew his block last week out there. My other buddy blew his tranny last year...it's not wise to take a 20 year old car out there to beat the crap out of it.I know as it is it's good for high to mid 12's.

I still got to fix my timing issue though, my distributer is a side mounted cap. I hit some train tracks last month and my distributer moved and advanced my timing like 100000000 degrees lol.it's almost where it needs to be but still a little laggy.

 

my car must be good for low 12's high 11's then :P

funny story

last night at BP's this sloot thought her 4.6 06 mustang gt convert. was waaay quicker then any 4 cylinder cobalt. So i put 60 bucks down on the table and offered to race....she accepted and said shed ******* smoke me


at that point, my ******* friend piped up and said "his car made over 330 horsepower and runs mid 13's"

She didnt know what that ment, but she knew at that point it was faster then her mustang.

And that my friends, is how i lost 60 dollars last night.

I ran my buddies 6.0L cammed silverado and took it..right after that it was making 5 psi...

Its so up and down i have no idea why the **** it does what it does.
