Aww crap ( no pun intended) next tuesday (if that is wing night) i cant do it. My kickboxing starts that night then after i have my dart league that I cant miss cuz there is only 2 weeks to go and my team is tied for 1st. *****!

My **** is together! Gotta take the kick boxing to lose weight so I can gain a 10th in the 1/4, and also kick your asses. Go ahead have the wing night when you want to I will catch up with y'all later.

Mike where are you taking kickboxing? i use to take Muay thai at dragon muay thai, Was really good work out. I approve of your attempt to get healthier and try to kick some asses.

It's through work at the place above the Cdn Super Shop. The instructor I am told is the Western Cdn kick boxing champion. $125 bucks for 12 weeks twice a week.
