It is pretty hard to launch the bikes. it is either spin or wheeley.you have to ride the clutch a lot. I got is **** once for wheeling halfway down the track ahahah. good top speed. Best I ever did on the r6 was 11.26 and I think the best mph was 128. Here in Calgary.
Good run

i have one sprocket, the other is delayed i hear. i was crossing the line at redline in 3rd gear. with the 11.5% geardown, i think ill cross at redline in 4th. hope its over 140 and mid 10.s, im gonna fry my clutch next week, and go for it....assuming i can get a kill switch. i am not allowed back until i get a deadman. i gotta admit the launch was a bit hairy, and i wish i had a 40 shot for half track. fast is never fast enuf is it?

Friday June 20th

Ok so here are a few of the timeslips from Friday night

The DA was horrible and it was the best I could do. Still learning to launch the car as you can see by the 60's. All in all I'm very impressed with the car. Steve is a great tuner and it runs amazing. Since installing the injectors and pulley etc I jumped a little over 4mph and dropped roughly .7xx off my 1/4 so far...

Im car #67

Edit, just realized that the one car I raced was #1 lol. First one that showed up for the year

The one slip shows the best 1/4 of the night and the other shows the best mph.

The best thing that I did for my launch was to put in some air bags in the rear coils.
On street tires, I got my Ion Redline down to a 2.1 60 ft.

I did 2.1s on stock pirellis with an ingalls, but it doesnt completely remove launch issues.

since i got my TTR poly engine and tranny mounts, along with bags in the rear, my car hasnt even dreamt of wheelhopping

lemme take her for a pass rob, promise you a 13 second slip

2.76 Pulley, Billetflow Idlers, LFP Heat Exchanger, KN FIPK, Magnaflow X Pipe, Borla Stinger Catback, Billetflow IRS Brace, Nitto Drag Radials, Subframe Connectors, MGW Shifter, Autometer Lunar Boost Gauge, Steeda Firewall Adjuster/Quadrant, Baer Decelarotors.

Havent done nothing to the car except throw on drag radials, as I needed new tires to pass OOP.

The car weighs in around 3700lbs, so with some weight reduction, and cooler temperatures, I should have a bit better ET and hoping to trap around 120mph
