bump!
so how does this work? - I had understood that the trifect tunes were pretty much a "canned tune" - but hte first post would lead me o believe that this isn't the case...
I had understood previously that to tune a car, it's hooked up to a datalogger, the fuel tables ect are moitiered during a short drive, then the settings are tweaked per the data recieved;
I had understood that to tune a car take severl rounds of this to find ideal numbers...
I had figured that Vince had this pretty much sorted out, and that you tell him what the car has, and he adjusts his tune according to this...
care to clue me in on how this really works?

yea I just purchased a tune for my ss/tc. I used the gt tunner but im sure it works the same. it was super easy, all I had to do was let them know my mods and what button i would like to use for turning the tune off and on, either the cruise control or the traction control button and that was it. It came "canned" but its for this car and this car only sort of thing, i didnt need to change anything at all. I am pretty sure you can get specific things like a higher boost and rev limiter and stuff but the way he sets it up is pretty good, with 23-25 psi my tires just spin even all the way through second gear now...

GT tuners are a good option, however it is more expensive and less personal.
so we need 1 more person to book for a tune. I can make it out the weekend of october 1-2. friday to sunday. I will need deposites a week prior to that (this comming week) if people are interested. ŕ
I want to get this ball rolling. If anyone has anymore questions feel free to PM me or call me
