I have messaged a couple local with no reply.

I am needing assistance from someone to change the vin in an ECM for a 2009 Cobalt.

Unfortunately you're going to have to come to my place to do this...

I have understood that HPT and some other tuning programs can do this without requiring to unlock the vehicle...
If I had a TechII, I'd do this myself, but since I do not have a TechII I am needing someone's help.
