Couldn't you just get them *Turned * Unless they're to far gone....
because the rotor on there now has what you can say grooves. Putting new pads witch are flat witch will not give you 100% braking power because they only touch the peaks of the grooves.
Great for a quick fix... maybe like 2 weeks.. but after that I would put new pads on with new rotors.. IMO

you don't need to buy new pads for when you replace the rotors ~ just saying...
or you could just keep them around for spares later on...
Did you read the thread linked earlier?
There is a service bulletin of sorts ~ which is how I got mine done...
Also if your one tire is bad, you could buy a replacement of the same brand/size if you've got enough depth ~ or a pair of similar tread design, and same seasonal rating...
