I still have aprox 100,000 powertrain warranty... you know the one that got you a replacement transmission?

that's today isn't it?

during work hours right?

I'm probably going to get my own decibel meter with a high freeze...

but I'm not immediately worried about it.

I hope that there is a page which will alert people of where the "tax" vehicle is...
On that note - Mark, if you were able to swap over your exhaust, Id' think that you might be concerned about this POS law.

How noisy is your car? Get it checked out by the Noise Snare device : Calgary Beacon

Guess it's time for me to move to a "Non-retarded" Bylaw making city!

its whichever one comes first. and this is what i was told is that everything else was still covered up to 160k km's. i was getting sensor's and trim pieces replaced under warranty even at 110,000km's. this wasn't in my extended coverage either because that had a $100 deductible and i never paid for anything.

ok will do... when I get to a wifi hotspot (like at home)

I know this is a long shot;
Does anyone know if there is a provider that does pay as you go with data packages?

AT&T (USA) rocks ~ there's no fees involved in getting a cell set up as pay as you go... last time I tried doing that in Canada I was in it for about $100...

besides I am down to the following re-occuring bills;
mortgage
utilities (Enmax)
phone/internet (Telus)

I kinda like keeping my monthly expenses as small as possible - and I'm not so interested in being bothered at any given time of the day.
