It's been nearly 8 months since my last time on here. I have no idea what've I missed, but since I still have my cobalt does it really matter? lol

 

apparently there's a guy at the end of my alley that's got a cobalt in his garage with the motor pulled...travis saw him when he was pulling the truck around for an oil change.

Finally getting my new transmission and clutch upgrade kit installed. Hopefully I'll have my car back and running smooth in a couple days.
I haven't driven my balt in 6 weeks. It's depressing, and why I haven't posted here much.
Getting CED to send the parts to my friend's house in Idaho was a smart choice. Dealer markup would have been brutal. I saved over $1000!

Jonathan, if you still have a red CSS.net vinyl I'd love to take one off your hands. I could trade you a white or silver one for it. (I think those are the colors I have)

People on the Forte forum talking about cutting holes in their bumpers to get more air to the CAI. Now I remember why I still spend most of my time on this forum.

Moving in on Saturday. I'll be busy for a bit, but I'll be sure to come to a meet when you have one.

 

Lol people actually cut holes in their bumpers? Tell them to just cut a hole in the fender and place the filter outside the car and call it ramair! Lol

I still do have my truck but I only have the regular style mirrors as I put a set of reproduction sport style ones on. you can get a good reproduction set off ebay!

I have a grille but it's not the 454 SS one and it's sitting in my basement if you want it
