Cut it 50/50 with 94 and it's not so bad. Not much room left tuning wise after E45 mainly cooler EGT's and happier motor. I plan to run E45 all this summer. But I have easier access to it than you guys do too.

i figured that you would cut it, but even myself who drives his car the least amount, i easily piled on 30 000 km in the summer. jon and kevin dd their cars, i cant see either 1 of them wanting to not run it once they run it. myself i would be tweaking harder then a crack ***** in between "E" tanks. i wouldnt want to go back to 94 if i ran E.

Depending on your setup it doesn't make much difference after E45 is what that should read. On a stock blower you'll make pretty much the same power on E45 as E85, as you'll be able to reach the advance you want, and have most of the cooling properties. Even on Dustins car we were able to get 24* up top before we got some slight KR, and I don't think I'd push more than that anyways even on E85 just because that gets to be a bunch of advance with that much airflow. Although even on full E85, I can get 19* on 30 lbs on my car, and on E45 I'm sure I'd have to sacrifice 3-4*. Hell even on Evo's, from E70 to E85 on large turbo's you can notice a 1-2* difference.

Ya sorry you're right. We all run kiddy car status in Canada so that's what I'm used to lol.

Jon , schlumberger is pretty good. I can't say anything about customer service cause I don't know about it, but the reason for bad drivers is they have guys like me driving semi's. I got my class 1 and have put about 3000kms on hauling a twin pump ands frac pumps.

Their pay isn't as good as other companies, but the benefits are amazing, we get full pension matching, profit sharing, and discounted stock price. Can't complain about that.

So there's a guy in a Facebook group i'm in that asked me if my truck was for sale. I told him everything is for sale for the right price, he throws me an offer that I said is too low and then he asks me if what I said was a fair price would take the truck.

I'm kind of at a crossroad here now as I've never had any one serious about buying my truck. I love the thing to death but maybe its time to move on to a different project?

What do you guys think?

Everybody has a price on everything even if they say they would never sell something. I would just rather drive it instead of have it in pieces most of the time

True but also what would you move on to? The truck has potential but also it's issues so you gotta pick something that is a more solid platform

civics kick butt!!!!

you know i love that truck, but in my opinion i would sell it if the price is right. i know you will always find something else to have as a better project. you like supra's, skylines, even other years of trucks, vettes, TA, and the list continues. you could also finish the balt with a full build and buy a new DD.

here's the thing about that awesome truck Jon;
It's got the most value in stick trim;
Realistically, if you have a guy with a serious offer, you could buy another short box fleetside and go crazy with it - starting out with less into it.
My old boss had a 91-ish black on red short box fleetside 4x4;
He decaled it like a 454SS, put a VERY worked over 454 in it, jacked it;
and could roast all four tires...
You don't need an original big block vehicle to have fun with a big block...
You could rebuilt that TA, and put a better engine in it to boot.

Well seeing as I'm not that big of a purist, its probably not worth what I would want for it. I'll just keep it as a toy seeing as I've got some issues to fix and I've been thinking about this:ZZ572 Crate Engine 620 Base Street Engine 12498792
