Nope.........and I would HIGHLY recommend against it. The bypass module for this car is really tricky and should be done by pros because if there is ever an issue you can take it right back to them and have it fixed.
i'm with everyone else on this one dood, don't do it, GM is known to void warrenty if u put autostarters on their cars. I had one on my last car with no issues but I won't risk it on the cobalt cause it actually has warrenty. I don't even wanna put an aftermarket alarm on the car because of how many stories I've heard of ppl losing warrenty on something like that.
The BIG thing with warranty is that what the dealerships tell you is usually BS.
You are more then able to modify your car any way you want. Now, say you have an issue with your car that should be warranty. The ONLY way the dealership can deny it to you is that is whatever you did to the car is what caused the problem.
For example: You are driving out in a heavy rain storm and decide to drive through a pretty deep puddle. You do so and get about half way through and the engine dies. It is hydrolocked. Why? Because your CAI sucked in the water. This would be a NO WARRANTY situation.
Now say you are driving and your supercharger seizes. You have done a Stage II upgrade through GM and have a CAI. But what of these mods would cause the supercharger to do this? To me it would seem that it is not possible and it should be a warranty replacement.
I have had two cars now that I have done LOTS of modifications too, and I have not once had an issue with getting warranty when it was needed to fix parts that had nothing to do with my modifications.
