well im workin at sport chek, but its brutal money, and as a student trying to save as much money as possible over the summer it sucks. and its even more frustrating cause i actually am a really good worker and soo many companies are missing out. i know so many shitty workers that have dec jobs.

More then likely he drives his car, but they do not pay for the mileage and gas. That comes out of your pocket. But you can make some good cash in a short amount of time that is for sure.

Sound right Steve? That is what it was when I delivered pizza years ago.

Definitely be super friendly when you are delivering. If I get a surly delivery driver, I tend to tip less.

btw, I'm not sayin you would be Steve, just puttin in my 2

But at least they keep him to a relatively small delivery area right?

Yeah I used to manage a Dominos and they would pay a dollar per run and tip was yours plus you got 5/hr under the table --- that was back in 2003 so I know its changed since then but still a good way to get quick cash...

---------

Travis I hear ya about wanting a job... I've been out of work since January man and its ******* killing me, money is so tight and the jobs are so slim... very few ppl hiring for Human Resource Professionals right now... I dunno I keep trying not to get discouraged but honestly its like fighting the bleakness everyday...

That being said if you guys know someone in Human Resources and are willing to do an introduction I would much appreciate it... At this point I just want to expand my HR network and meet more HR ppl out there.

----------

In other news I'll try to post a new pic thread big Thanks to Larry who came over last weekend and helped me install my guages... They look Sick!

so my foreman today decided it would be a blast to go onto the roof of our shop and dump a gallon of water on me while i was having a smoke. making me have to leave work early because i didn't have any dry clothes that i could work in. pisses me right off. so i told my boss and the GM that i didn't like that and they had a nice little meeting with him. oh tomorrow is gonna be a ******* blast.
