Agreed. As long as they keep supplying rental cars for you it's not much of a problem money wise other than the inconvenience of arguing to get warranty work done and dropping your car off at a dealership.

Well yeah it's a problem because my warranty is done in August and I have to go to school, nor do I have time to take the car to the dealership every day because I have to work till then. I also now have a car worth pennies because it has the worst service record in the history of Cobalts. So money wise I'd say it's a big problem.

I love it when I take my car in to get a CEL fixed, pay $100 deductible, and I still have the CEL as soon as I start the car to leave.

**** you Davis, and **** you Murray for stealing so much of my time and money.

Tech writes "I strongly recomend customer to replace k/n air filter with oiless filter to prevent this from happening again" even after I told those fucktards I cleaned that thing like mother ****** and put the stock airbox back on but had the same problem so it obviously wasn't the filter. I'm thinking the oil volcano under my hood (thanks, Murray) has a little more to do it with than the filter. F****.

That is all.

I'm not buying a car that would be worth getting collision on, so... correction - I do have money for an LNF I just don't have $5k/yr to insure it.

What I don't understand is... okay, you claim I caused it with the oiled filter (which I already proved to be BS) which is cool, but then it wouldn't be a warranty item. So then say that and say it's out of warranty. But no.... instead charge me $100 and say you replaced the sensor and "road test ok"; one of those statements is a flat out lie because I still have the same rough idle and code 102 within 2-3 seconds of starting the car.

Just the douchebaggery of giving me back the car knowing the CEL is still there and knowing I'd get charged... what a slap in the face.

Well it says he replaced the sensor and road tested it and it was okay. But he either a) didn't replace the sensor, or b) did not road test it. Because as soon I started it up the bad idle and 102 code came back, exactly how I had left it.

well i dont think they replaced it then/ if they replaced it, then the code would be gone and there wouldnt be a bad idle. road tested or not

Does anyone here have a spare set of G5 taillights? I wrecked one of mine and I want to get another set and re-tint them better than they were. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help

Troof.

Davis ruined my SC and told me to hit the road. Murrays charged me nearly an hour of time for a case relearn (I argued about this one too). Never again.

davis told me to take a hike when my spoiler fell off... filled out the comment card with negative comments and GM headquarters phoned and wanted me to take it back there. so i did and they refused it again and told me to go to the dealership that i bought my car from. which got shut down when GM downsized dealerships...

Well that may help too, I removed the lenses off both and found a how-to for installing Balt tails into G5 housings, so if you're interested in parting with a set let me know what you want for them
