huh?

I'm familiar with living with other guys... that one point makes it read like I've got limp-wrist-itis?

EDIT: I hope you're just messing with me, because I just don't see it.

EDIT #2: OK, I made a couple word change... how does that look?

well, I must admit that from scanning through some of the listings, the titles do read similar to dating profile titles

but I guess you could look at it this way;

you're advertising for someone to live with... it almost caries the same weight

only with a room mate, one level of complication is avoided...

although you lost me there, I think it's safe to presume what you're getting at...

yeah, I had in the last couple months a couple people who seemed seriously interested, but I kinda passed on them becasue they seemed to be in a rush to arrange a place to live without actually be willing to meet face to face...
as i see this , this is like renting out a house;
you need to interview the prospective tenant to determine if they seem to be worth the risk.

Just curious, why is Christian preferable?

Also DK, do you have more than 160k? I thought GM had 5 yr/160,000 transferable on 07+.

because it speaks to the persons* values;
For example, I do not want to deal with a room mate that would be bringing "overnight guests"
* = assumed I know that in itself is flawed

Just like I'd prefer a guy, because I pretty much know what I'd be dealing with...
I ever haven't had a female room mate before, so that's more or less untreaded territory for me...

make sense?

its gonna be tough to find a room mate that doesn't want to have overnight guests from time to time. the whole point of people moving out is to have freedom and part of that freedom is having overnight guests

And watch out for scanners. My cousin got scammed with the "my father died so I need the money I sent you by cheque in cash right now". They sent her a certified cheque for the first 3 months, which seemed odd to me.

Hey soundjunky, if you decide to get a new DP, I went with zzp for both my IC and DP and I'm very happy with what I got. Perfect fit an the DP sounds sick!
As for prices... even after shipping charges, I saved about $600 getting the DP from the states and installig it myself instead of having the dealership install the stock one. Better part, better price.

Thats fine to me;
I'm in a situation I can afford myself...
This point also lends to the whole "Christian preferred" point btw...

I have this distinct feeling that there was an insult embedded in this post...

"requirements"?

As I see it, the only requirement I have is the point I mentioned here (which if you notice isn't on the listing)...

Like I've mentioned before, I'm in no big rush...

SO is it nice enough outside for any of you today?
