apparently, and i learned this today on an angle park, which we attempted, your FRONT tires have to be no more then 50MM away from the parking block! thats bullshit eh! not to mention when the 'backup' cop pulled in he parked exaclty like us, backwards and about 2 feet from the parking block....**** this.

Ya, sorry to hear about all that jazz. If i woulda been there, i would have locked my keys in the car and said "sorry, can't do anything. locked the keys in the car, you'll have to call a tow truck" or something along those lines. (I have OnStar mind you, so i wouldn't let a tow truck near it.) Otherwise, they may have had a pursuit on their hands. And that Sierra wont keep up!

They are illegally parked because the cars are facing the wrong way towards on coming traffic. if you look at the parking blocks, when they parked they should be facing the blocks. so the cop claimed that for them to park that way the would have had to cross the center line on the road illegally and a whole lot more **** according to the ass hole cop. The tint was ilegal as here in Alberta you can not tint the driver/passenger windows. The RCMP officer showed me the vehicle act from Queens Printer but it is never really enforced. This had to be the first time I've seen something like that in my forty years and twenty five of those are driving. Rent-a-PIG useless ******.

i will make a complaint on behalf of the RAPED. I bet you all felt like something out of Deliverance!!!!!

Funny thing about that whole "50mm" from the curb bullshit... On a standard parking block they sit so high and our cars, STOCK, sit too low. We would hit the front bumper before we even came within 12" from our ******* tires! SOOOO according to "the LAW" even if we were parked in front-wards we still would have been parking illegally? Am I not right on this. Seriously this was a case of prejudice and harrassment and there will definately be complaints!

On that note. We should make a group complaint. If you guys are down for that then how would you like to do it?

Because we were backed in and according to the law, on angle parking, you have to parked in front-wards and your front tires have to be 50mm (like 3-4 inches) from the curb block minmum. I read it in the law book the officer had.

Its not that he gave them the tickets that pisses me off, its his conduct and manner in which he handled the situation. Then to top it off, he had to max the fines for everyone. A phone call can really scare those who really have no power.
