Custom paint in alberta
well, im already having ideas about my tax return money....and im starting to make inquiries about custom paint work.
Anyone have any experience/suggestions for Companys in the area?
edmonton would be best. calgary if i have to

not sure if stripe tech in calgary still does custom paint as the owner sold out this summer.
in edmonton, Joeys Place will ber the higher end place, Cougar paint & collision will be the budget place.
Body shops are going into their busy season now, if they are not already swamped.
Most likely hardly any will even take on a custom job with all this insurance related collision work is out there. If you have no luck making a deal with any of the p[laces in town, i can point you in other areas to get it done....

that paint looks great.
at this point im just testing the water to see what kind of $$ its going to run, and finding a reputable company to do it. Thanks for the info, I wrote an email to Joeys to see how busy they are and to get some ideas on price.
at one of the autobody places i called a few months ago just to get a ballpark figure....the guy figured it would be somewhere from 2grand or higher for the 2 tone that im looking for.
Im a lover of white vehicles....and it breaks my heart to see how good the 2.4 ss looks in white, with no option for the ss/sc
so im gonna make it happen

I saw a paint scheme on the show "Payback" that i loved. Its would be a white body, black hood and trunk and wing, with the chevy bow ties red. See if the good photo shop people can give me a picture of that!!!

basically there is a body line that runs about 2 inches below the windows that runs from the front to the back and curves up around the top of the trunk.
then at the frond its going to scoop down following the front wheel well and across the lower front bumper skirt
Below that will be white. above will stay black.

I HATE YOU!!! lol j/k! You and I have very similar tastes.... I've asked you about some of your mods before as well! I was gonna try paying extra for my car to make them paint it in white but they wouldn't
!! It is still in my long lists of things I want to do to my car BUT if you're doing it.. I'm going to have to make it a different white then yours... so.... you suck! lol!

lol i was at a grand opening of my local dealers new showroom a while back, they had a petting zoo and free burgers and ****....but i actually got to have a closeup look at a 2.4 SS in white. and im totally in love with that color. its extremely bright and would give me the pure black/white contrast im looking for.
White > all.
