You wonder why I never come out with you guys... If its STOCK I will win. /thread.
Just because I've only hit a 14.1 (new pb) doesnt mean that's all the car is capable of. Why dont YOU come to the track and put your money where your mouth is.
it said "mazdaspeed3" if he changed the badging then he's a tool
oh and I was grossly exagerating when I said 3 bus lengths, what I ment by that was that the race wasn't even close. How close was it...? I'd have to try and find the time slip, but on the track it was probably 3-4 car lengths(which is enough)

P.S. "grossly exagerating" is just another way to say you lied.
P.P.S. to quote Car and Driver, "The Mazdaspeed 3 is only a bit less tricky to launch than a space shuttle" which i'm sure gave you the advantage. i can show you how its done properly if you'd like.
are you sure it wouldn't be a waste of premium to race? for a guy who drives to the track just so no one sees him lose i think you can afford it. if your car is such hot **** why wouldn't you bring it out to GA to prove it. and dont start with any street racings not safe blah blah bullshit. these arent top fuel dragsters. wear a helmet if it makes you feel better. i think your scared to lose rob, let me know when you want to put on your big girl panties and come play with the rest of the men.

wow...just wow...
edit:
I wasn't at all trying to be cocky and arrogant. I know my car isn't fast or "hot ****" as you put it. I didnt say any of that. I just THINK it's faster than a stock msp3. If you wanna prove me wrong then come to the track.
I actually liked you and respected you, thought you were a good guy, until you made those comments above...
it appears some people arent familiar with a little thing called "density altitude"
i would LOVE to watch a stock MS3 do 13.9 at castrol.
but then id have to wake up.
funny stuff.
magazine race much?

ok so sounds like whatevwer will happen it will be one hell of a race either way. how about we all go to a track to witness it. why don;t u just go to the track once and get a good # of runs in and try to beat even PB this year. or race him at the track. You know it's the only way he will race. so beat him at his game haha makes it more intense
sorry not all of us have convienent access to a track or money to waste on dyno runs.
and density altitude refers to the effect of temperature and humidity on air, and therefore the available oxygen for your engine. i'm sure every high school kid with a honda can figure out that his car is a little faster on a cool dry night than when its +35 and overcast. exactly how does this relate to two cars going down a track side by side?
Rob:
your entitled to think what ever you like, but claiming that "if it is stock i will win" is pretty arogant for a guy who raced one ms3. when i have time to go to the track i will and we'll settle it for sure, but until then the strip on gasoline alley is a 1/2 mile and just as safe.

it has nothing to do with two cars racing side by side. It has to do with you thinking that your car is a 13.9 second car because the magazines say it is. You do know that when they test these cars they're at a much better altitude with a much better DA then we will ever see where we are. So when I say that I know I will win, I KNOW I WILL WIN. My car is a 13.8-13.9 second car (when I get my 60 times down) at our altitude... You won't be anywhere near that.
STREET RACING IS ILLEGAL. I dont give two ***** if its just as safe as the track, doesnt make it right!

if you know what it is, then why are you making such an idiot of yourself claiming a stock ms3 will beat a Css trapping 104 and easily capable of 13s?
MS3s are NOT running 13s stock in edmonton.
they are lucky to break 14s actually.
but im sure you knew that right?
now listen, all of you! Don't be pullin this, my car is better then that and crap in this thread.. First its stupid and childish..
Believe what you wish but be a man/woman about it and ignore it ok.. My car sucks better then yours is a much better idea
Soo enough already ok
..god, some peoples children
And by the way!! we all know my car is the best damn one in this thread

Sorry I havn't been on here latley due to my laptop not turning on causei lost the charging cord, but that is besides the point. Yeh I do think that we should all go to the track and race soon, and dont worry Rob i will race you and couldn't give a **** if i win or not, if i dont well then i will look at it this way. You voided your warrenty in order to get where you are, I didn't.
I know that it is fine right now, but haha if anything happens do you think GM will replace a head or cylinder or anything when his car isnt even running on their tune haha nevermind GM injectors or S/C pully!!! goodluck!!!
