Well I kick myself now for changing waxes so often and I've used so many types myself! Meguirs is great, MOTHERS is another, I used TURTLE wax the clear stuff and that was nice but can be alot of work but then again thats more a polish but it does very nice as well..

First I would clay bar your car of course washing it well b4 hand. I am now using NANO wax by Eagle One, no comment on it yet. I frankly would like to get my car proffesionaly done, don't have a clue who to go to but I woul pay good money. Use the search as alot of guys/gals on have alot of ideas and sure can point you in the right direction!

I can't wait to get cruizin with ya all this yr and looks like I'll be doing alot of it .. By the way I don't get it why theres waaaaay more rcmp out this yr but boy I'd be careful if you want to play ..

Haha arnt we always carefull Ernie? When I bought my car i first had a coat done by a profeesional and was going to have him do it again last summer but he had a stroke and wasn't able to do it for me so he gave me all the material and such and taugh me how to do it. I would like to do some sort of scratch removal (like the litttle pin hair scrathes) before I wax the whole thing!

i spent a year as a professional detailer. if you want your car to shine, get a candy or glaze quality wax straight from a reputable shop. be warned, darker vehicles will show any imperfections, but once you get a sealant done on top of it, just a wash and wipe will have it shining every time. if you need to remove fine scratches, i would suggest getting a profesional to power cut/polish since it is very easy to burn paint when cutting. if they screw up they are liable for the paint job.

Who owns the ss/sc...and

There's a black S/C parked behind a day care near the Timmies on 67th west, its a big ass day care and theres a cavy next to if I remember correctly.. Maybe its someone on here?

And.... There is an 07 silver SS/SC for sale at the used car lot across from Travelaire and Timmies on 67th st west, I think its RD motors? My freind offered to help me get the wheels off of it if you know what I mean .. Maybe I'll take it for a test drive and do a quik engine swap with my car they'll never suspect a thing..

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Don't put it in the ditch like you did your car. Haha sorry that wasn't funny

Thanks Rob I'll try not to.. I actually got on with them last yr but I went to Owen instead but then tried again last month by driving down to Calgary. They hired 3 of us this time.. They have warned me as well its not an easy job either as anyone that knows the delivery/courier business can attest. I went down twice and showed alot of interest!! My battery even died in the parking lot one day after I left my lights on but had help by 3 people including UPS personal .. I alos can't get one ticket now either so I have to drive smart all the time as my job depends on it.. **** I'm just going on and on here sorry, just happy is all..

yeah it's a tough job but you get used to it. The driver who comes to my shop every day, Troy, seems to like it. Will be a good job for you I think. You'll stay in good shape that's for sure!
