Road trip...
Will be making a road trip out to Edmonton next month after my wedding (October 10) likely be in town on the 12th or 13th and will be in town for about 5 days then probably spending a day or two in Calgary. So keep an eye out around that time for a Sport Red SS sedan with BC plates! Maybe we can get something planned out for a meet/cruise on one of those days.

My reason for going to Calgary would be to visit a friend of mine, he has a blue RSX-S.
Would be nice to see if I can get some races in but I dont think that can happen since I'll have our 18month old boy in the car. Would there be any races at the tracks in Edmonton or Calgary mid October?

wow... why would you knock AB?
truthfully aweSOMeBalt, it's a mixed bag.
right now we're setting record low temps - but for the last couple years we had been having wicked 'indian summers'... I'm hoping it warms up a smidge - I am thinking of going to castrol for the 2nd (LINK)....
Apparently over night Brag Creek has snow accumulation last night, but around Calgary, it didn't get too cold last night (somewhere around zero) - but I had heard that overnight Edmonton hit something like -9 ~ yikes!!

Well some bummer news the SS will not be making the trip, we still are but it just made more sense to rent a vehicle so my parents can come too. My dad didnt trust their car for the trip so they werent going to come but we talked it out and its the best way to do it to rent a car so we can all go in one car and that will save on gas as well. So we will be renting a Ford Flex and we are heading out tomorrow, most likely staying the night in Prince George then hitting the road the day after and landing in Edmonton. I still want to make a trip out there with my car so maybe next spring/summer.

while sitting in Red Robbins, I saw at least four SS/2.4 coupes, and one SS/SC coupe drive by...
I am starting to see a couple more SS/2.4L-Sedans, but only because I am frequenting some other areas, and normally see them parked (presumably at work).
I still think that these cars commonality goes something like this:
- SS/2.4L-coupe
- SS/SC
- SS/2.4L-sedan
- SS/TC
- SS/TC-sedan
I was hoping to figure out about how many SS/SC coupes were built for all the years, but no one was willing to share vins with me so that I could figure the production numbers out (well one guy did, but that's only one model year, not an overall look at production)...
