I have been contracted to weld these for a local guy that designs and makes them.
Just thought it was pretty neat, maybe some would want a similar set-up for the cobalt...
Finally got the new welder, got to try it on these really neat, bulletproof turbo manifolds...



All cnc'd, then just weld the 3 pieces together. The tubular design is inside the billet!!! :thumbsup:
It's for BMW m3's. Making in excess of 600hp.

Pretty neat. They ran 11.66@129 on stock tires and just their kit.

Nice welds! That is a hell of a lot better then what I can do. I guess thats why I only use the welder on my own cars.
