i ran into a red sc coupe with a blacked out trunk lid and evo mod. the blower whine sounded nice. we did a couple of little rips and thumbs up. anyone on here?

 

I saw a yellow SS today on Main St, Dartmouth at 5 or 6. It had black wheels and I think an Evo mod and blacked out grille bar. Anyone on here?

Too bad I couldn't make it. Anyone planning on going this Sunday? I might be able to make it this Sunday if the weather cooperates.

 

Buddy bought that like 2 months ago from a dealership on windmill. Nice car, lots of bolt ons too. Works in cole harbour. Don't believe he is on here though.

Good to know. I have been seeing more Cobalt SS's lately. I don't know if there are more in Dartmouth (I recently moved from Halifax) or more owners are daily driving them now.

 

i'd go but the safety sticker on the balt just expired and my luck the cops would be there checking them.. i refuse to buy new tires until spring as well and the tires i have now are at the wearbars. probably wouldn't pass inspection.

 

Yea me and shaundrz just bought 2 ss/tc so there's to more around Dartmouth.

Cruising around Halifax tonight when I came across a victory red lsj at a set of lights. wingless, tinted out, depo headlights with HIDs, lowered on what looked to be coils and on after market wheels. Looked really good

Light turned green and I just drove off onto the bridge, heard him drop a gear and pin it and a little bit of m62 whine. Lol.

Same guy I talked to at ppp who claimed "300+whp" on what I saw to be a stock pulley

 

I saw someones white TC on the 107 this afternoon.. I flashed my lights in my TC :P

 

only me and whitty has white TCs from what I know. never seen any other ones around. What time did you see it?

 

Around 3:15-3:30. Black evo mod and there were multiple ppl in it. Maybe someone changed canadias car up a bit?

 

nah wasn't me. At that time we were in Dartmouth DQ, aha I uploaded a picture from the cruise yesterday.

 

Nope I still got the white one for this winter. Maybe there's another white TC around, Shaun can get off his high horse now

 

Saw Canadia yesterday at Wendy's in Cole Harbour. I had the Boss and would have liked to run but unfortunately I had to get back home right away.

I also saw 3 Cobalt SS's on Saturday. A red wingless one with aftermarket wheels on the circ. in the morning and a stock looking black SS with the high rise and a yellow one on Main St. in the afternoon.

 

Anyone on here drive a silver 06 or 07 as/sc ? I passed one on Sunday morning in the Bedford business park. He was wot I'm second gear when I passed him going the other way. All I could here was the m62 screaming ! Gotta love it.. makes me miss my 06 lsj. Maybe once my TC is paid for I will get another LSJ. Lol ....

Anyone around that area. There arent many silver lsj floating around ?

Started work today at oregans reconditioning, an older guy there loved my car, he said he has a yellow lsj and was right into it asking all about mine. Another guy recognized the car and another said he loved cobalts and knew my base model. First words out of his mouth after seeing the red one "man there used to be a blue one with orange wheels parked on my street sometimes, then he plastipped it white it looked awesome" I was like lol that was me. Small world.

 

haha no worries man. congrats on the new job! I remember when I had the Cobalt and brought it in for warranty work, there were a couple of guys there interested in it.

haha i always see at least one or two balts on the 107 when i go to musquodoboit harbour.

 

there was an army of you guys on that drive that day ... at least 4 SS' i saw.
