Anyways, bought new spark plugs and im letting the truck cool down then im changing the plugs and starting the install of the nitrous kit. Anyone ever hear of these new E3 plugs? no gapping required and apparently they are really good? Performance store recommend them to me. They were only $73 for 10 plugs so thats pretty good. I'll probably be buying engine,transmission and differental oil next week when i get paid to make sure everything is good to go on the truck.

 

You better be laying down more then 217hp and 213 trq if you plan on beating his truck. Those are pretty weak numbers from a boosted application. And as for the gsr teg running a 13.98 stock ?? Give your head a shake !!! My best freind has a real deal 01 gsr that has low miles on it. He can drive well. And we have been to the track together for years. And the best it has EVER ran was a 15 flat. Sure as hell there is no way a gsr teg BONE STOCK is running high 13's. I call BS !!! Because our other buddies S2000 can only run a solid 14.2 last time we where at the track together. And i was the one racing him and i barely beat him. I only ran a 14.1 @ 103ish !! As for Snakes truck. Watch the video of the former owner running it to a 13.6. I have yet to see anything impressive come from ANY of your posts our your car yet ! Sorry dude, i don't know you, nor do i know Snake. But i can't stand you guys always bashing each other! You and Chad use to do the same thing. And it gets annoying & fairly old pretty qwickly !!!

his buddy also has a car that weights 3000lbs lighter then my truck and only runs .03 secs faster. Thats epic fail. But yea im sick of people like that, i dont care what his buddy has or runs. He has yet to prove any of his statements of beating anything and yet to show anything impressive of his car.

Anyways. Man im tripping out about these plugs. All you do to get the boot/coil out is rotate 1/2 turn while pulling up and thats what im doing but they dont want to move, scared ill rip the wire..lol

 

Hey Damien, don't run those e3 plugs... I have heard alot of people complaining of the diodes breaking off and going into the engines.

 

How the **** can they break the diodes? Oh well, cant be worse then what just happend. ******* tard that owned the truck before me hasnt changed his plugs, what looks to be 30,000+ km's. The #2 boot/plug was so corroded that the metal piece in the boot that attaches to the wire and plug broke apart. Ordering new wires/coil packs now. I'll start ripping the engine apart tonight or tomorrow. Both fuel rails, intake and intake manifold have to come off. Oh well, at least i got that issue over with. And when the parts come in they are rated for 4-5rwhp gain and .5 - .7 mile per gallon increase..lol Plus the wires look cool.

 

if you cant beat a S2000 then i dunno what to tell you, my buddy has a s2000 and i can stay side by side with him feathering the gas in 4th gear while he is wot

 

chris put up or shut up, i wanna see videos of you beating all these cars. I would really love to see you feathering the gas while the s2000 is wot. Reading the specs on the car it is 240hp (lets say 200whp which is the same as yours) and 1000lbs lighter then your car. I would really love to see that.

See the difference between me and you chris is i dont tell bullshit lies, i tell my story and i show proof of what i do, you tell these fantesy stories but have no proof. You never feathered the gas against a S2000, you never walked your buddies 13.98 teg, which by that way is pathetic even if he did run that time, my truck is 3000lbs heavier and i only ran .03 of a difference and im not use to launching automatics, you never beat a stage 2 cobalt and you never beat a turbocharged cobalt. And you damn well never challenged me to race and i turned it down because i asked you at least 100 times on the forums and in person to race and you kept coming up with the bs excuse "i dont race, to many tickets" i said lets go to greenfield, you said the car isnt ready.

So once again chris, put up or shut up. You are the only person i know that spends like $20,000 on a cobalt LS and looses hp and ends up with 200whp then lies and says you beat all these cars. We would have more respect (if any) for your car if you didnt lie so much. Why do you lie? It's not a bad thing if you loose a race, hell i only won 1 race out of 5 on friday night, think i care? nope, i dont worry about the other car, i worry about A. having fun and B. my time. You just make all these lies to get people to think you are "cool" and make them think you have this ultra fast cobalt that can take on anyone.

Danny, it was Lonnies Integera before he supercharged it, he has the paper to prove it i was actually wrong its 13.62 in the 1/4 mile

i gave up reading this but i will tell u right now! the car runs at 20PSI day and night, the car makes power right to 7300RPM, the tune is now fixed waiting for money to waste for dyno runs, then gonna change a few things if it doesnt make the numbers needed, but when your car Spins 18x8.5 rims with 225/40/18 just from walking into it in second and 3rd gear theres deff alot more then 200whp, everyone i know hate Cobalts and cobalt owners because 1, a cobalt ss owner thinks they are better then everyone else because their car is boosted. 2. because their car is built not bought, and 3, they are slow! now when my friends sit in my car and go for a drive or take it for a drive they have more respect for my car and love the cobalt. i start spooling boost at 1,500rpm and make full 20PSI at 2,800RPM the motor is fully built now as well, only thing that can blow up is the stock plastic intake manifold witch myself and a master fabricator i know will be making a new one so i can either up the boost more, or upgrade to a GT35R and if i dont go that route, my motor will be pulled the car will be stripped the car will be in storage for 2 years while myself and a few buddies who do this like this for fun go and do a crazy set up, depending on money situation, sense i am going back to college!
if i do go the route where the motor will be sold it will be sold as a whole package and the turbo that will be on my new set up will be a PT72 with a billet center section, and dual ball bearing as well. if do this the car will come out as 100% show car, and will no doubt make magazines all over the world for how crazy and how one of a kind it will be. im not given out any secrets on it, just incase it fall thru, and the money isnt there. but once it starts then i will be posting updates

 

so if SS owners are elitists / think their **** doesn't stink y slap SS badges on ur car if u dont wanna be associated with us ? also why go out of your way to make it look like an SS? isn't it embarrassing just a little bit when someone at a show is like "nice SS" and you have to say "nah bro its an LS with SS badges"? just saying...
