Done with my Cobalt
Hey guys and Gals. If any of you know anyone interested in a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC for real cheap let me know. I have blown another ring and I am done. I won't spend the money again. Car has about 120K on it. Newer rubber. 2.8 with 60's dual pass, Phenolic spacer. Option B, HID's Hurst shifter Recaros LSD. Header and upgraded exhaust. I am thinking it might be worth $3500? What do you think? There are additional upgrades I can't think of now. Oh yeah lowered, New front and rear brakes, rotated mounts, Ingalls.
I might part it out but don't really have the space. Trade for an LS and I pay some cash? If you know someone let me know....
Also has new GM Upgraded Clutch, LNF shifter bracket. Injen CAI, plus more.
Could be a good project car for someone who is handy....

??
If I had a garage I would just store it and rebuild it years from now. At 53 I am thinking I am going to shelve this car for now.
I enjoy driving the car when I get to drive it alone but I commute with other people and never drive it besides to and from work so I just don't get to enjoy it as much as I would like.
For the next couple of years I might be into a 'beater'
