No more 92 oct. fuel at Chevron

I hate to be the lame guy who makes a post about fuel octane but I had to ask.

Today when I went to the chevron gas station (Lougheed Hwy/Kensington Ave.)(Burnaby)
I noticed that all the 92 octane pumps have now been changed to 91 but the price remains the same.
Same prices, less octane?
Makes no sense to me

Anyone know why they did this?

I noticed that also when I went to gas up on Monday. Winter gas, sounds like a scam to me, all the other grades did not change
