Hey all....ok well as u may know im moving to vancouver in the summer and im wondering if some1 can go and check out the place i want to get? its in the Point Grey area (close to UBC)

That is not Point Grey but you are very close. Point Grey is full of wealthy people living in very expensive homes. If you are moving to that neighborhood, you will pay a premium in rent and that doesn't have to be for something particularily nice. The problem you will have is the yard may be nice with no guarantee of what the inside looks like. You will need to see inside and if you are renting from so far away, request current pictures.

Yeah i got pictures, and its slightly outside point grey, i just said that for a point of reference....since i dont really know a whole lot about the city...the pictures seem deccent enough would just prefer if somebody, anybody could just check it out for me first...
