Question First order with ZZP (Resolved)

Resolved: UPS's fault, couldn't check due to lack of tracking number in emails or website.

I ordered rotated trans mounts from ZZP on 11/29. I haven't received any info other than it's been confirmed (the next day). I emailed them to ask about an order update recently but haven't received a response.

In my account on the website it says its been shipped, but it doesn't say when, and the tracking box is blank.

It was in stock when I ordered and it says it's in stock now.

It's been 18 days now and while I am patient, it is now becoming inconvenient as I am moving within a few days and was planning on getting this done before all this.

Is this an issue others have had with ZZP?

Edit: It seemed then and now that ZZP gets good reviews. Perhaps I just slipped through the cracks. Sad me

They're swamped with black friday orders. It still shouldnt take that long, but that is their excuse.

why not just email them with your order number? They get back to me the same day usually.

I understand you are frustrated, but dont post up here on the forum (as it will be no help), try and contact the vendor directly

Email them. I literally just talked to them.

My black friday order took almost two weeks to get, but I also make seperate orders that they combined to make sure I got everything at once.

Funny, within 30 minutes of posting, I got an email from them with a tracking number. It seems this is UPS's fault. They cite weather conditions, which was very true at the time, but my package just sort of did nothing for 8 days after the weather. (received and departed the same facility 3 times)

So after it all, no fault to ZZP. I'd probably recommend filling the tracking number box in the user account so I could have seen this myself - this will only save ZZP annoying things like emails and calls.

They usually do. Sometimes things get missed. Its not hard to send out an email.

It's because of their huge Black Friday sale. Imagine how much they had to ship.

What bmartz said, they are usually good but swamped now. I ended up getting something from a competitor on black friday cause i couldn't get through long enough on their website to place an order, and it just shipped today.
Its the price you pay for getting a good deal.

Exactly. Any other time I order parts from them I have it within a few days.
