I was being serious. I'd like to know what the gains are on an already high powered LNF.

If you guys think that zzp would somehow try to sabotage the test, then you don't know much about zzp. We are here for the community. Some people just automatically assume otherwise.

Matt, plain and simple, NO. Next time you see one come in your shop, ask that customer if you can take his off and test it. We are not going to hand it to you on a gold platter!

You can play all the tactical games you want, it is not going to happen. First you come in here and state you see 5 torque gain is all, now you want to test it? You’re a business, what value to the business would testing a product you don’t carry/see add? NONE! If you cannot profit from it, there is no value; plain and simple. If you claim anything else I am calling you out right now. You are not here to help TTR, you are here to help ZZP.

What are you missing here? I offered to test a new part that you are selling, and you tell me to "let it be"? Where is the issue? Of course we could design and build an intake. We have designed and built many over the years. How does that change my offer?

For the LNF? Custom? What about one for the masses? I'm not selling it lol, TTR is.

Wow, you are seriously mistaken. To start, my 5ft lb statement was a calculation. I used the hp chart and calculated the torque from there. It's not difficult to do. If you think my problem with the dyno charts lies with TTR, then you guessed incorrectly. I simply do not care for bad testing and inaccurate information. If one of our employees conducted a dyno comparison and the rpms did not match up, therefore skewing the torque numbers, I would ask him to re-dyno, or we would leave the torque numbers out since they are not accurate. I'm not sure why you think we would be out to get you. Have we ever wronged TTR? I certainly don't remember ever having any kind of issue with you, so I see no reason to think that way now.

With FrossB and Team SS above. Matt stated it best, we have never had any issues between us, so why start now. Cant have trouble when we each do our own thing. Moving on!

Ok, so you automatically assume that there are bad intentions here? Have you stopped to think that we build the highest hp LNFs and a couple customers have asked if this intake is a mod that they should consider? The real reason behind wanting to test this is because if our 500whp+ customers can pick up 10-20whp with this intake, then we will recommend it to them. If you are not willing to believe that this can help your company, then zzp is not hurting you, you are doing it to yourself.

This is a low volume product- one that zzp is not interested in manufacturing. When there is a product that we do not sell that can help people make more power, we often endorse an existing product. However, we don't do this blindly. We prefer to have first-hand experience with said product before we offer advice to a customer. The bottom line is that if you let us test an intake and it performs, you will benefit from it, substantially.

Matt, we will take this into consideration. It just will not happen right now.

ok, fair enough.

To reiterate on the comments I made about the torque- If the mph vs. rpm remained consistent, then the torque graphs would look like this:

Once again, this isn't opinions or guesswork based on bias. It is math, plain and simple.

I'm not worked up. If you could take a second to realize that, it would be helpful.

MIG welding aluminum (spool gun) IMO looks like Poo. Speeds things up, but nothing to be proud of.

Yes, hand TIG welded on our Miller Sincrowave 350

Syncrowave® 350 LX - TIG - Miller

Millers best TIG welder they sell (I think).
