'06 ss/sc

I have my 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged for sale only because I'm in college at Kettering University and just can't afford an expensive college and a new car at the same time, so the car is the one that's got to go. I love the car to death though and wish this didn't have to be the way things are, but I guess my loss could be your gain. The price I'm looking to get is $12.9k, but that is negotiable.

I am the original owner and I picked the car up with 50 miles on it from the dealer. It currently has just over 39000 miles and, since I bought the extended warranty which will last until 52000 miles, you can buy this car with the confidence that if something ever goes wrong, Chevy's there to help you. I've always taken very good care of the car though and put in Mobil 1 synthetic oil at least every 3000 miles if not sooner along with newer transmission fluid, supercharger oil, and coolant. Most of my miles driven have been highway either to Lansing, Flint, or Madison Heights on a daily basis, and I've even taken the car to West Virginia without a problem and averaged well over 30 MPG.

The factory options are as follows:
*2.0L supercharged LSJ engine
*5 speed manual transmission
*Coupe
*Power Sunroof
*Rally Yellow exterior
*Black leather interior
*Leather steering wheel and shift knob
*Keyless entry with alarm system (have 2 key fobs)
*Factory boost gauge
*Driver Information Center with temp, miles, trips, MPG, coolant temp, etc.
*7 speaker Pioneer sound system (with subwoofer, amplifier, and tweeters)
*MP3 CD capable
*XM radio available
*Audio controls on steering wheel
*Tilt steering wheel
*4 wheel antilock disc brakes
*18" wheels
*High rise rear spoiler
*Fog lights
*Daytime running lights
*Automatic headlights
*Cargo net in trunk

The car also has:
*GM Performance Parts drilled and slotted rotors
*Yellow painted brake calipers
*Locking lug nuts
*Polished valve cover
*Chevy all-season rubber floor mats
*Tinted windows
*Short antenna
*LED third brake light
*Custom dual outlet exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers
*Spec Stage 3 clutch with approx. 20k miles on it
*Lightweight Fidanza aluminum flywheel
*Polyurethane filled motor and trans mounts
*Ported supercharger
*Airbox delete mod

Come drive the car and you'll see why I am in love with it. Please call me if you're interested and maybe we can work out a deal.

My number is (586) 321-9821 and my name is Frank.

Thank you very much.

My car is well under $18k, but I'm nowhere near Washington State.. But factor in shipping and I'm sure it's still well under the $18k mark!

Dude, what's up?! It's been a long ass time. I didn't know you got an SS...

KyFritz: I have someone coming to check out the car tonight (or tomorrow, I'm not sure). If the car isn't sold by the beginning of next week, I'll work something out with you for the valve cover... not the supercharger though. I want to keep that one on there.
