18K is a great deal and I assume it could be had for 17XXX.
I got an 09 with 8K mi on it in Monterey last year for 16K EVEN and I considered that a steal.
If this could go for 17.5K it would rank as a EPIC buy..no doubt about it. Problem is finding someone who wants to pay 17-18K for a Balt and a YELLOW one at that.

 

Wow, this is only a few miles away from me, too bad its a coupe and yellow at that. Might go take a look at is anyways.

I think i looked at that car was at Mbz dealer in monterey I think. passed on it for A 4 door in la. Paid 19000 after tax 17 something before tax. Had 1500 miles on it.
