2006 Cobalt SS/SC stage 2 - In KY
2006 Cobalt SS/SC stage 2 - In KY
I am wanting to go back to a RWD car, but I have really enjoyed this little jewel. It is a 2006 Cobalt SS Superchared with the GM cert Stage 2 upgrade (have original injectors and pulley as well). Car has 42800 miles on it and is in excellent condition inside and out, no problems, never wrecked! I put new Avid W4s All Season tires on at 31K miles (they have another 20K in them easy- 400 rating). Also put new spark plugs (NGK BKR7E) in at the same time as the Stg2 upgrade which was done around 25K miles. Car is loaded up, except it does not have G85 package. No dings or dents, does have normal front-bumper rock chips, but since I was able to get the front bumper painted again under factory warranty, you have to get up close to see them. The headlights were replaced with 07+ models because the old ones started accumalating moisture, replaced under warranty. Car will not disappoint. I am getting around 27mpg. Also has Ingalls Trq Dampener and AEM shorty CAI (dry filter). I am pretty sure on my price, as I take care of my rides, and its a few hundred under Private Party value.

Didn't think I would get any hits on here, since I'm in Paducah, KY.... lol...
I do have all warranty work papers.
Also, took the car to the track and ran a 9.2 in the 1/8 with a 2.2 60ft, on above tires. Make me an extremely close offer and I might take it. I found a black/black GTO locally that is bad-ass, but have to sell this one first.

Bump for the Week...
on a side note, I went to the Zoo in Evansville, IN Saturday, and I saw a 2006 SS/SC on a Ford lot, considering I never see another SS/SC cobalt around in my area, I stopped by to look at it. Black/Black(red) with 30K miles. They want $16,995... stock... paint was okay, had swirls and some lite scratches... it is at DEMPEWOLF FORD LINCOLN - MERCURY....

hey man, good luck on the sale, and if you do sell it, take a look at my gto for sale.....times are rough and i have to sell me dream car. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/complete-cars-101/2004-pontiac-gto-%2417500-128082/
If your serious, you could have it shipped half-way, and drive the rest to pick it up. Or fly in and look it over and drive it home. Consdiering I'm asking about $400 under Private-Party value Exc, you would still be doing good, considreing I keep seeing SS/SC of the same year at dealers for 16900, and those are stock.
yeah for the mileage and performance upgrades, the price is really good. im up north for school now, so the transaction as well as the traveling isnt really feasible for me right now. but if you still have this come next summer, i'll be all over it haha. im not really into the new turbos believe it or not, im still a fan of the SC
One more bump, for haha's....
New Slotted/Drilled rotors will be going on this week... but will bump price back up to $14,400.00.... if no interest, then keeping car, considering economy is on rollercoaster ride.... lol...
