2006 Ss/na Fs!

So I have my 2006 SS/NA and I think I wanna go get an SUV now. It's been a load of fun but I see so many Cobalts and someone just brought one to my work that started last Monday and I think he wants to park near me so I wanna get rid of mine.

Plus I want to save up for my next car -

I hope I can save up about 10k by late next year so I can purchase this car!

This car draws an absolute TON of attention. Cobalt SS/SC owners claim to get attention from their ride, but my car draws more attention then any car I see on the road, and it looks pretty OEM. These parts don't look "Rice" or in anyway to be a huge difference from anything the manufacturer would put on!

So here is my baby. She has had 4k invested into within the first MONTH I bought her because the front end and hood was pushed back by a way laying truck. The accident was never reported as my insurance would have dropped me so I STILL put my 4k down and got the new bumper, bought new headlights and matched them to the car color, bought a new hood, and replaced the radiator because one of the mounts that held it in place up top had been broken and I didn't want to JB Weld a brand new car. All in all this car is in great shape. It has 100% NO signs of being bumped and you would never be able to tell. In addition, there is absolutely NO damage to ANY parts of the frame or frame work. The truck was up so high it only did damage to the top of the front bumper, the headlights, and the hood. The radiator mount was connected to the front bumper so it was obviously pushed back.

MODS -

This car has the Cobalt SS - NA rims swapped out for the Cobalt SS - Supercharged Charcoaled Black Rims with the Pirelli P-Zeros.

† I custom did the headlights to a color changing color that changes slightly but NEVER looks bad on the car. The color is perfect to the cars color as they are both pearlescent.
THESE LIGHTS DO NOT LEAK PERIOD EVER!!!! THEY ARE PERFECT!

† On day 2 of owning the car with only 50 miles I installed the AEM CAI with absolutely NO Check Engine Lights since Installation. This, I believe, is due to the fact that the computer never had time to establish the best conditions for Fuel/Air ratios. The car rides extremely well. I never start my car and immediately go either, I wait until idle drops to a normal number, depending on temperature outside, before moving.

† The Drifter 2 front lip kit was installed after the front bumper received a couple of scratches from being bumped back. This kit was installed by a fiberglass expert who was able to perfectly mold the front end on without a problem since! We also created custom brackets to support the front end because sometimes leaving too much pressure on the screws holding fiberglass in place makes the screws become loose and pop out. This bumper isn't going ANYWHERE! Over 1200 spent on making this front bumper the best looking front end on a Cobalt as to date!

† The Chevrolet badging has been blacked out. This is 100% reversible as I used Vinyl to cover them with an exacto knife. It looks very professional as I work with vinyl every day of my working career basically.

The rear end still has the "Pinkerton Chevrolet" sticker on it because I did not have enough ***** to remove it with a razor blade. Just letting you know!

The front bumper needs to be "Wet Sanded" and "Buffed". This is not a NOTICABLE issue unless you enter a car show and there will be very strict viewing of the car. The reason is that after molding a Fiberglass piece with heat the stress points push up the fiberglass strands where it received the most movement. I do not have enough experience to adequately perform this and have not taken it to a body shop yet as my money has been tight lately.

The grill portion of the front piece is empty as of right now. It is exactly as pictured but I have not had the time to paint the grill piece I have black have it installed. I have the grill mesh piece I will throw in with the car but I think it shouldn't be chrome colored, and instead should be dark colored to conform with the car color.

The car was washed twice a week and waxed again this past Sunday so it is in GREAT viewing condition. If you are serious then please contact me through PM or e-mail - Kadumel@***.net.

Ok here are the pictures for viewing pleasure!!!

The pictures start from purchase to current...

Forgot to add the MOST IMPORTANT FACTS!!

The Car had 13000 miles on it. Most of these are highway, most being 70% or more.

I am asking 17500 for it if I have to deliver anywhere within 300 miles.

I am asking 17000 if you come and pick it up.

The car was bought in February of 2006
