Compared to the SC......well for one they have a bigger motor, so if you ever add boost......whether it be a turbo setup or an SC setup, your going to have an advantage over the 2.0's. Car is plenty quick w/ the current mods and runs solid. But ultimately its your decision. Let me know man.

Well guys, i'm actually considering keeping the Cobalt. I really sat down today and weighed the options out in my head. I'm looking to go back to school in fall and purchase a townhouse sometime within the next year, so its hard for me to justfiy selling a car I have a little over halfway paid off and starting all over with a new $25,000+ car loan. The style of car i'm into, aka the stance/hellaflush scene is something very few in our community have ventured into....at least with a Cobalt that is. I'm tossing some ideas around in my head about doing a flush/aggressive fitment style build with the Cobalt being as I now have a '98 S10 serving as my daily driver. I'm thinking about going with some 19"X8.5" +45 Gravana J2 wheels (black/polished finsh) and pairing them up some some Eibach spacers. They offer a 5mm, 15mm, 20mm & 25mm spacer over on Urbanworx, and I would probably run a slightly larger spacer in the rear for a slight staggered look and a little bit of poke out back. And of course I would do a mild tire stretch.....i'm thinking a 215 on the 8.5" which isn't too extreme, but completes the look and will allow me to go a bit lower when it comes to flushing the car out. As for the drop, i'd go with Stance GR+ coilovers, as they are highly sought after and recommended in the stance scene. Anywho, this isn't final, its just an idea.
But for now, the car is still for sale. I say if I have nothing come June regarding serious offers, it will be time to give the car a complete makeover.

This is just hilarious and so true at the same time.
